Usage:

where xxxx is the number of the bug you want to link to. This will be turned into:
[http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=xxxx Bug xxxx]
Example:
{{BZ|5549}}
Result: Bug 5549
