  • General agreement with the idea at 11 March 2015 general IRC meeting for the memo
  • More time allowed for community discussion and other nominations for signatories
  • Signatories proposed to date (subject to agreement, four seems a reasonable number):

    • Paul Poulain (paul_p)
  • Signatories and community to develop the rules and guidelines for deciding on grants, etc
